# Assigned tasks

* The matching of **Reviewers** and proposals will be done by a random process administered by **Coordinators** and based on expertise (Technical vs Business).
* Once the matching is completed when the coordinators have assigned **Reviewers** to their tasks on the spreadsheet and the status shows ''<mark style="background-color:orange;">**ASSIGNED''.**</mark>&#x20;
* Finally, the **Coordinators** inform the reviewers on Mattermost of the tasks assigned.
