a. How To Create a Contact

  1. Go to Contacts from the left menu.

  1. Click New+.

  1. Fill in details (Name, Email, etc.).

  1. Click Save & Close.

b. How To Edit a Contact

  1. Go to Contacts.

  1. Click on a contact name.

  1. Click on Edit to update fields as needed.

  1. Click Save & Close.

c. How To Delete a Contact

  1. Go to Contacts.

  1. Select the checkbox next to the contact.

  1. Click Delete from top action bar.

d. How To View Contact Activity

  1. Open a contact profile.

  1. Review email opens, clicks, form submissions in the timeline.
