Steps for Circle Coordinators

Here are the steps required from Circle coordinators to facilitate members' payments.

Audit Circle Member(s) Tasks for Payment

Before a Circle member’s task can be approved for payment, it must go through an audit process in OpenProject.

Steps for Auditing Tasks:

  1. Navigate to the Board section in your Circle’s project on OpenProject.

  2. Locate the task(s) under the "Done" status column.

  3. Open each task and verify the completion of the work.

  4. Check that all required fields have been correctly filled:

    • Title

    • Description

    • Assignee (to the member)

    • Start and Finish Dates

    • Circle

    • Task Category

    • Recurring (if applicable)

  5. If all fields are complete and the work is satisfactorily done, change the task status to "Audited".

  6. If any required field is missing or unclear, notify the member to complete or correct it before updating the status to "Audited".

🔎 Note: Only tasks marked as Audited will be considered for payment processing.

This process helps maintain accountability and ensures a fair and transparent payment system.
