How To Create & Manage Campaigns
a. How To Create a Campaign
Go to Campaigns

Click on New+ .

Name your campaign.

Use visual builder to add actions (send email, wait, apply tag).

Add Contact Sources

Click Save and Close Builder.

Click Save or Save & Close.

b. How To Edit a Campaign
Go to Campaigns from the left menu.

Click the name of the campaign you want to modify.

Click on Edit.

Use the visual builder to make changes (e.g., add actions, change delays, adjust flow).

Click Save & Close to apply updates.

c. How To Delete a Campaign
Go to Campaigns from the left menu.

Locate the campaign you want to remove.

Click the checkbox next to its name.

Click on the three vertical dots and select the Delete icon at the bottom of the list.
Confirm the deletion in the popup dialog.

Note: Deleting a campaign does not delete contacts or other resources (like emails or forms) used in the campaign.
