How To Manage Actions, Triggers & Groups

a. How To Create Actions

  1. Go to Points > Manage Actions.

  1. Click New +.

  1. Define the action name and description.

  1. Choose the behavior trigger .

  2. Set the number of points to assign.

  1. Click Save & Close.

b. How To Create Triggers

  1. Go to Points > Manage Triggers.

  1. Click New +.

  1. Under Details give your trigger a name & description.

  1. Set the point threshold (e.g., trigger when contact reaches 50 points) and Point group.

  1. Under Events Choose actions (e.g., Add to campaign, Send email).

  1. Click Save & Close.

c. How To Create Groups

  1. Go to Points > Manage Groups.

  1. Click New +.

  1. Name the group (e.g., Hot Leads).

  1. Click Save & Close.
