How To Manage Actions, Triggers & Groups
a. How To Create Actions
Go to Points > Manage Actions.

Click New +.

Define the action name and description.

Choose the behavior trigger .
Set the number of points to assign.

Click Save & Close.

b. How To Create Triggers
Go to Points > Manage Triggers.

Click New +.

Under Details give your trigger a name & description.

Set the point threshold (e.g., trigger when contact reaches 50 points) and Point group.

Under Events Choose actions (e.g., Add to campaign, Send email).

Click Save & Close.

c. How To Create Groups
Go to Points > Manage Groups.

Click New +.

Name the group (e.g., Hot Leads).

Click Save & Close.
