Who to contact?
Before reaching out to anyone on the reviewing team or the DeepFunding team, please make sure you’ve read through the documentation in this GitBook. It helps keep communication smooth and prevents repeated questions.
All proposals will fall under three main coordinators, who oversee the full review pipeline and provide guidance across every pool.
For now, the coordinators are: Slate, Paulo, and Kwasi.
MatterMost Handles :
You can reach out to any of these coordinators on Mattermost if you need support on your project, whether it's related to New Projects, Marketing, Community RFPs, Ideation, RFP Design, BGI Nexus or anything that doesn’t clearly fall into an existing category. They collaborate closely, so your question will always reach the right person.
Upcoming Changes
Ahead of DeepFunding Round 5, the proposal pools will be reorganized. The goal is to reduce fragmentation and improve how resources are allocated.
Two main pools will be introduced:
AI Services Pool: for direct project submissions that are ready to be built or extended.
Ideation Pool: for early research, concept validation, and planning work.
These changes should make navigation easier for builders and give reviewers a clearer structure to work with. Note: This is still in progress and may tend to change with time.
