Milestones & Deliverables
Q: How are milestones reviewed? A: Milestones are reviewed through the Review Circle using OpenProject. Each submission is checked against the agreed milestone scope, evidence, and deliverables before approval.
Q: What counts as valid milestone evidence? A: Evidence must clearly show the work described in the milestone. This may include code repositories, live demos, documentation, test results, or deployed services. Screenshots alone are usually insufficient.
Q: Can milestones be adjusted after the proposal is awarded? A: Yes, but changes must be discussed first. Coordinators may approve adjustments if the scope remains aligned and well justified. Silent changes are not accepted.
Q: What if our team structure changes? A: Major changes (team members, ownership, scope) must be communicated to the coordinators. Unreported changes may cause review or payment delays.
