Rejected / Incomplete / On Hold / Archived

These statuses may appear depending on what happens during review:

• Rejected – The milestone didn’t meet the requirements. Feedback explains what must be fixed.

• Incomplete – The milestone didn’t provide enough evidence or progress to be accepted.

• On Hold – The review is paused while waiting for clarifications or updates from the project team. Reviewer may also not have the bandwidth to progress further.

• Archived – The milestone is fully closed and stored for record-keeping.
