Pending/New

In this stage, the task has been created but has not yet entered active review.

What happens here:

  • When a milestone is submitted, it appears in OpenProject as Pending or New.

  • The Coordinator gets notified and checks the milestone details.

  • The Coordinator adds the appropriate tags, links it to the correct project, and assigns it to a Reviewer.

  • The task is now visible on the Open project board and ready to move forward.

  • Once everything is set, the Reviewer gets notified and moves the task to In Progress.
