How To Create Support Ticket On Mattermost
This guide outlines the steps for submitting a Support Ticket using Mattermost.
Step 1: Access the Relevant Chat
Go to the specific chat, channel, or direct message thread from where you intend to send the support ticket. Type the command /support to create the Support Ticket.
Step 2: Fill in the Ticket Details
Once the support ticket command or trigger is executed, a "Create Support Ticket" popup window will appear.
Fill in the necessary information in the popup window. (Note that the ‘Executing Circle’ is the circle responsible for attending to and executing the ticket you’re creating.)
Step 3: Finalize and Submit the Ticket
After you have ensured all mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk *) are filled out, click the Create button at the bottom right of the popup to submit your support ticket.
