How To Create Support Ticket On Mattermost

This guide outlines the steps for submitting a Support Ticket using Mattermost.

Step 1: Access the Relevant Chat

Go to the specific chat, channel, or direct message thread from where you intend to send the support ticket. Type the command /support to create the Support Ticket.

Step 2: Fill in the Ticket Details

  • Once the support ticket command or trigger is executed, a "Create Support Ticket" popup window will appear.

  • Fill in the necessary information in the popup window. (Note that the ‘Executing Circle’ is the circle responsible for attending to and executing the ticket you’re creating.)

Step 3: Finalize and Submit the Ticket

After you have ensured all mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk *) are filled out, click the Create button at the bottom right of the popup to submit your support ticket.
