Individual Channels for Proposals

Some projects need focused help, especially during complex milestones or technical hurdles. In these cases, we create a private channel dedicated to your proposal.

This space is used for:

• Direct communication with your reviewer

• Sharing files, drafts, or early milestone versions

• Getting clarification on requirements

• Discussing blockers that you don’t want to share publicly

• Coordinating timeline changes or technical fixes

Private channels are not automatic. We only create them when a project has:

• A recurring issue

• A sensitive discussion (delayed timeline, payments, etc)

• A milestone that requires close back-and-forth

• Or a situation that would slow the team down if handled publicly

This keeps the main server organized while still giving teams a clear path for deeper support.
